Our platform connects riders and drivers for transportation services but does not employ drivers directly.
Fares are calculated according to the app’s rates and may vary depending on distance, demand, and service type.
All rides are subject to availability, and we do not guarantee service at all times.
Payments are processed through the app using secure payment methods.
Drivers receive earnings after the agreed fixed commission is deducted.
Users agree to pay all fees associated with their rides and any applicable taxes.
Drivers and riders must treat each other with respect and follow all applicable laws.
Drivers and riders are prohibited from using the platform for illegal purposes.
PIN codes, safety features, and reporting tools must be used to ensure secure trips.
Let's Go is a technology platform that facilitates transportation but is not responsible for accidents, property damage, or personal injury during rides.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let's Go from any claims arising from the use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or unsafe behavior.
Users may also close their accounts at any time through the app.
Let's Go may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the app and website with a new effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
